I cannot say that I love the experience of going to any doctor for any reason, but the staff at Dr. Scheinberg's office-both in person and on the phone, have always treated me with kindness and respect. As for Dr. Scheinberg himself, I know that he is a very busy doctor . . . the waiting room is always full of clients. Dr. Scheinberg is concise and succinct in his manner. I am not offended by this, however, it forces me to describe my pain and disabilities in a clear and specific way. He is attentive to what I say to him, and makes a sincere effort to understand what I am living with everyday, Back and neck pain is tough to treat and I feel like Dr. Scheinberg is more than willing to go the distance in finding me some relief. He is smart and honest and worthy of a good review. A more than decent doctor I will say.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL... The office help and nurses were so rude that one salesperson in the lobby actually asked me "Is the staff always like this?" When I left the hospital after my hip replacement, I had NO MEDICAL HELP FOR 20 DAYS; I repeat, no help for 20 DAYS after repeated requests for help. I am still in pain and have a severe limp. Yes, I am talking with an attorney.
