Dr. Scheinberg

Dr. Richard D. Scheinberg is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Scheinberg has over 25 years of practice experience. He is on staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. He is also on staff at Pueblo Surgery Center and Carillo Surgery Center.

Dr. Scheinberg graduated from Princeton University. He received his medical degree from Duke University Medical School. He did his surgical and orthopedic training at Harvard University and the Massachusetts General Hospital.

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and his specialty interests are shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery for sports and work related injuries; however, Dr. Scheinberg is a general orthopedic surgeon and treats all orthopedic problems including spine, total joint and hand injuries.
